Americans can be Buddhas too. After teaching Zen Buddhism and Shaolin Kung Fu for 20 years, Buddha Zhen Shen-Lang, Spirit Wolf of Truth, born Richard Del Connor, created this book to jumpstart students of his Tai Chi and Kung Fu classes into spiritual warriors, despite what religion they may belong to. Condensing and retranslating these ancient concepts, Buddha Zhen's book is proving to be inspirational, educational, enlightening, and spiritually motivating for his students and friends. The Buddha Kung Fu Student Manual was released in 2008 with the launch of Buddha Zhen's third Kung Fu school, Buddha Kung Fu. Students were so overwhelmed with the amount of information in the book, that only the first half of the book is provided to the students when purchased. The remaining half book is provided at no further cost at the end of one complete semester, whether or not the student completes the semester. In 2009, the curriculum requirements were altered once more to extend the completion of reading this book until the end of the 3rd semester of Buddha Kung Fu classes due to its wealth of information and difficulty in studying and assimilating. This is also the FIRST INTERACTIVE STUDENT MANUAL, perhaps in the entire world, with LINKS to the many websites of Shaolin Chi Mantis, Buddha Kung Fu, and Shaolin Zen. These links enlarge the book by hundreds of pages with online lessons and information vital to the growth and development of today's Buddhas. Buddha Zhen is a "Buddhist Scientist" who has been studying the effects of applying Zen Buddhism / Chinese Chan Buddhism to thousands of students and disciples. This book, Buddha Kung Fu Student Manual, is the result of teaching, healing, curing, and improving the lives of his patients, students, disciples, and children from 1984 to 2008.
